In response to democrat candidate Beto O Rourke threatening to take away the tax-exempt statuses of churches that don't approve of homosexuality if he becomes president, apologist Justin Derby looks at IRS codes and publications to see if churches are required to file as 501(c)3 organizations, which will determine if Beto has any authority behind his threat.
