Description:

This video mainly focuses on evidence (if not proof) that ionospheric heaters were being used to steer and destroy Tropical Storm Kevin. I did mention a couple of times there were aerosols being lain off of the California coast to prevent a low pressure system from forming. There was a little notch coming down that could of turned into one and brought a respectable amount of precipitation to Southern California.
