The confrontation occurred during a livestream on Gangster Ghost’s YouTube channel, where Smokey Saint boldly claimed that he was never convicted of any such crime and insisted the victim had lied about him.

Justin sets the record straight by pulling up Smokey Saint’s official listing on the Sex Offender Registry and walking viewers through the publicly available facts. He then responds directly to a video in which Smokey Saint tries to "prove" his innocence—an attempt that falls apart under scrutiny.
